Guests most often use the outdoor swimming pool, the private beach area and beachfront promenade, the restaurant, bar and terrace, free Wifi in all areas, free private parking, non-smoking accommodation and the airport shuttle service which is available at an additional charge.

The park lies directly on the Adriatic with a Blue Flag certified beach, a private beach area, sun deck, beach chairs and loungers. Around the homes there are gardens, picnic areas, outdoor furniture, outdoor dining areas and shaded terraces, and the long promenade is made for evening walks by the water.

Every mobile home has a private kitchen with dining table, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and kitchenware, a private bathroom with shower and toilet, air conditioning, heating, soundproofing, a wardrobe, a sofa and seating area and a flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels. Towels and sheets are available for an extra fee.

Active days are easy here: tennis courts, table tennis, cycling and bike rental, water sports facilities, snorkelling and diving are all on site, several of them at an additional charge. Evening entertainment and an entertainment team keep the atmosphere lively through the season.

Families have a kids' club, a children's pool, a water park at an additional charge, a playground and a game room. Children of all ages are welcome; cribs and extra beds are not available. Pets are allowed and charges may apply.

A 24-hour front desk with express check-in and check-out, concierge, tour desk, currency exchange, ATM, car rental, shuttle service, laundry and fax or photocopying are all available, some at an additional charge. There is a convenience store on site, a shared lounge and TV area, a designated smoking area and free private parking that needs no reservation. Staff speak Croatian, English, German, Italian and Slovenian.

Check-in runs from 16:00 to 20:00 and check-out from 08:00 to 10:00. The property is smoke-free and payment is accepted by card only, as cash is not accepted. Cancellation and prepayment conditions depend on the chosen accommodation type and dates. Bed linen and towels are not included and can be rented for 8 EUR per person per stay each.
